Dan was born and raised in the Midwest before settling down in the South. She graduated from The University of Florida with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Spanish. Upon graduation, she worked directly for Del Webb in North Central Florida. In 2007, she set Dan sights on Charleston and immediately began to make Dan mark in the first Active Adult community offered in the tri-county area.
Over the past two decades, Dan has built the reputation of going above and beyond for Dan clients. Alongside Dan partner, Britt, she ranks among the top 1% of the thousands of local real estate agents each year.
